Arca Corporation Sdn Bhd is a holding company which two of its wholly-owned subsidiary focuses on automotive business of sales and after sales of 3 well known brands of cars. The two subsidiaries are Aiman Motor Sdn Bhd and Aiman Motor Performance Development Sdn Bhd. Aiman Motor Sdn Bhd commenced its business in 2005 and a dealer for Suzuki and Mazda auto brand. We have two Showrooms and Service Centre’s at Jalan Maarof, Bangsar (for Mazda) and Petaling Jaya 222 (for Suzuki). Commencing in February 2016, the Suzuki flagship at PJ 222 will be change to Proton dealership after Suzuki Malaysia has entered licensing agreement with Proton Holdings Berhad. We offer end to end 4S Services to our customers under a single roof. Aiman Motor Performance Development Sdn Bhd operates at Glenmarie, Shah Alam. Other than operating as an authorized Subaru 3S Centre, we also specialize in repair and maintenance of high performance vehicles, offering full spectrum of automobile services. Job Description
Requirements:
– Candidate must come from automotive background.
– Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Advance/Higher/Graduated Diploma in automotive field.
– At least 3 years working experience in related field as required for that position
– Knowledgeable in SAP system.
– Able to determine problems with vehicle and provide technicians with accurate repair descriptions.
– Able to handle customers by listening to their request, scheduling appointment, and estimating costs.
– Responsible for verifying insurance coverage, conducting inspections, and test driving vehicles.
– Will Report to Service Manager
– Experience in after sales for high performance car is an added advantage.
– The candidate must be able to work in Glenmarie, Bangsar and Petaling Jaya.
– Must possess 6 guiding principles of quality, initiative, team work, discipline, teamwork and integrity
