Responsibilities:
– Effectively promote and sell the Company’s retail lots / properties
– To formulate and plan effective strategies sales launches, marketing activities and road shows
– Able to conduct thorough and comprehensive market survey on property
Requirements:
– Degree in Estate Management, Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline
– 5 years working experience in property sales
– Good understanding of current retail trends and practices in the market
– Hands on experience in planning, execution and finalizing / closing of sales target according to strict deadlines and budget
– Good spoken and written communication skills in Mandarin and English
– Pro-active with positive attitude, independent and strong organizational skills
