We are an automotive manufacturer and listed company on the Main Board of Bursa Malaysia and we are currently expanding our business by opening a new plant in the Northern Region. We would like to invite dynamic, self motivated and results-driven candidates to apply for the above position :
Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
– Forecast requirements; prepare an annual budget; schedule expenditures; analyse variances; initiate corrective actions
– Confirm financial status by monitoring revenue and expenses; coordinating the collection, consolidation, and evaluation of financial data; preparing special reports
– Maintain organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; conducting and analysing exit interviews
– Develop and enhance performance management system and to design training program to reduce skill and knowledge gap
– Resolve employees’ grievances; misconduct; provide counselling to problematic employees
– Develop and enhance employee benefits programs; studying and assessing benefit needs and trends; recommending cost-effective benefit programs
Requirements:
– Bachelor Degree in Finance / Accounts
– At least 10 years working experience in manufacturing industry with 2 years experience in managerial position
– Sound knowledge in acts related with employment, financial accounting software
