Job Description:
Responsibilities:
– Lead in implementing IT policies & procedures
– Responsible for providing direct IT support to all users
– To handle installation and configuration towards new PC / notebook, network in LANS, WANS, IP networking firewalls
– Able to troubleshoot and plan in disaster recovery planning
– To manage multiple area of technology to all departments
– Oversee new system facilitation,current system enhancements
– Responsible for defining and improving all system and network operations processes
– To assist manager in term of contracts with manufactures for all software, hardware and consulting service
Requirements:
– Candidate must possess minimum Diploma in Computer Science or Information Technology and management from recognized university or equivalent
– At least 3 year(s) of working experience in computer system and IT policies procedures
– Excellent in computer hardware and software programmes and applications
– Excellent verbal communication and written in English
– Independent, pro-active,result oriented and possess good interpersonal and computer skills
