Senior Finance Manager
Job Description
– Responsible for all financial, accounting, treasury, cash flow, budgetary, corporate, internal control, taxation and statutory matters of the Group.
– Responsible for the preparation of quarterly reports & announcements, annual budget / forecast, audited accounts, taxation, annual report and other reporting obligations of the Group.
– Responsible for the timeliness and completeness and compliance with relevant financial reporting / accounting standards, Listing Requirements and other statutory requirements.
– Liaison with external auditors, tax agents, lawyers, bankers in respect of audit, tax, legal and treasury matters.
– Any other duties as assigned by the Management from time to time.
Requirements:
– Degree / professional qualifications in Accountancy and a member of MIA
– At least 5 years working experience in public listed companies
– Good working knowledge on Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad and MFRS / IFRS
– Excellent interpersonal, communication, written skills and ability to liaise with people at all levels
