Responsibilities:
Coordinates effectively the activities between Customer Service Unit, Warehouse Distribution Unit and Distribution Unit to ensure a smooth flow of Branch operations according to the required procedures and schedules.
As poison license holder, be responsible for the proper handling, storage and distribution of poison items, psychotropic substances and dangerous drugs in the warehouse, with proper maintenance of records, all in accordance to the appropriate laws and regulations.
Assists the Branch Manager / Assistant Branch Manager in monitoring the inventory levels of the warehouse stocks and submit timely requisitions to Central Warehouse for adequate replenishment of supplies.
Oversee the cycle-counting/stock taking activity to ensure that it is carried out in accordance to procedure, and thereafter to assist the Branch Manager in preparing the necessary reports.
Responsible for coordinating product recalls between Northern customers, Central Warehouse and Suppliers.
Supports the management in the implementation of ISO and E.S.H. policies, procedures and related activities to ensure continuous certification for Branch operations.
Requirements:
– Candidate must possess Professional Degree in Pharmacy.
– Required skill(s): MUST Registered with Malaysian Pharmaceutical Board.
– At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
– Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent. Job role in Management or Warehouse. or Warehouse.
