Senior Executive / Executive- Sales and Marketing
Job Description:
Assist in preparation and implementation of sales and marketing strategies for all assigned residential and commercial projects
Conduct market research on new products and trends
Assist in the design and planning of promotional materials
Attend to sales enquiries and achieve sales targets
Develop and maintain customer relations
Requirements:
Possess a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or any related disciplines
Minimum of 1 year working experience with a property developer or in a similar capacity
Pleasant disposition with an outgoing personality
Good command of English. Ability to communicate in any other language will be an added advantage
Proficient with MS Office applications
