Job Description
CRRC Kuala Lumpur Maintenance Sdn Bhd (CKM) is the officially appointed maintenance provider for the Ministry of Transport and KTMB in Malaysia. Our key role is to implement EMU maintenance industry using CSR’s specialised rail transit equipment technology to support maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) of commuters. This marks CKM’s entry and beginning into EMU maintenance business in Malaysia and Southeast Asia. It is our aim to eventually build a professional maintenance Headquarters here in KL Sentral, Kuala Lumpur as we establish our professional presence throughout regions in Southeast Asia.

Senior Executive – Accounts
Job Description
Responsibilities:
* Able to maintain, and coordinate the implementation of accounting control procedures.
* Verified payment voucher and cheques issues to ensure expenses are properly posted in the accounting system and cheques are prepared accurately
* Able to prepare full set accounts
* Prepare monthly management accounts together with related notes, reconciliation report and analysis and ensure timely completion and submission to the Management.
* Assist in preparing and review budget, revenue, expense, invoices and other accounting documents.
* Resolve accounting discrepancies and interact with internal and external auditors in completing audits.
* Assist in daily cash flow monitoring.
* Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements and corporate policies in accounting and taxation are adhered
* Assist in monitoring the inventory control including developing guidelines for the maintenance and reconciliation of financial data for stocks
* To resolve matters in relation to inter-co transactions.
* Any other assignments which is assigned by the superior
Requirement:
* Degree in Accountancy, ACCA/ MACPA (those without the necessary qualification but with the relevant years of working experience are encouraged to apply)
* Minimum 5 years relevant working experience.
* Computer literate with knowledge of accounting software.
* Sound knowledge of local Accounting standards and procedures, tax regulations.
* Able to converse in Mandarin (read and write), English and Bahasa Malaysia
