With funding from the Joint United Nations Programme on HIV and AIDS ( UNAIDS ), IPPF ESEAOR is operating a regional Technical Support Facility for HIV and AIDS covering Asia and the Pacific ( TSF AP ). We are looking for committed and dynamic individual to fill the position of:
Senior Business Manager
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
– Efficient and effective functioning of the Contract Finance and Administration systems of the Technical Support Facility ( TSF ).
– Ensuring compliance with IPPF and UNAIDS accountability requirements.
– Maintaining and updating TSF operations manuals and standard operating procedures.
– Ensuring timely, accurate and complete financial reporting.
– Assisting the TSF Director with the development of work plans, budgets and log frames
Requirements:
– Degree in Management / Administration or its equivalent.
– Minimum 10 years managerial and NGO experience in the relevant field.
– Experience and competent in office management.
– Strong process and systems management skills.
– Knowledge of and / or experience in the administration of technical assistance.
– Some knowledge of HIV and AIDS issues in the Asia and Pacific Region
The post of Senior Business Manager will be on a fixed term contract until 31 December 2015. Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
