Job Description:
– Achieving monthly, quarterly & yearly sales target
– Ensure all customer are consistently purchase in monthly basic
– Execute promotion & activity planned
– Focus selling on the planned key products
– Improving the tax invoice productivity
– Listing the New Products in all selected customer
– Planned the monthly itinerary & consistently visit all customer
– Recruiting new customer in monthly basic
– Fully compliance to company trade credit term policy, timely collection.
– Selling the right products accordingly to the right channel.
– Well managing on the damage, slow moving, bad & expired stocks in the trade.
– Merchandising work in all store to improve the products visibility.
– Fully utilize the Point of purchase (POP).
– Provide constructive feedback on the competitor’s activities in trade.
– Solving customer issue & complaint.
– Work closely with principal to develop the key customer performance.
– Ensure all products are selling at the Retailer Recommend Selling Price (RRSP).
