We are a 30-year old engineering solutions provider and distributor for a wide range of engineering products for the Oil & Gas, Power, Chemical and General industries. We are searching for bright, entrepreneur-spirited professionals to join our company for the position of Sales Engineer/ Account Manager-promoting and selling a broad range of instrumentation products.

Job Description
Primarily the role involves building relationships with existing clients and identifying new business opportunities, utilising solution-selling techniques (sales planning, preparing presentations, forecasting and negotiation skills). Candidates must have minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in Sales and Account Management.
Skills / Experience Requirements:
– Sales and account management experience selling to Industrial End-Users and Manufacturing sectors.
– Ideally with some experience in Control Process Instrumentation and a good understanding of Flow, Level, Temperature, Pressure and Analytical Instruments.
– Relevant experience of process applications and solution selling.
– An engineering qualification would be advantageous.
– Industry knowledge of some/all of the following; Oil and Gas, Petrochemical, Chemical, Power, General Industries.
– Strong interpersonal skills and positive personal motivation.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
– Good writing skills, especially via email presentation.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
– Report to the General Manager
– Nurture existing accounts as well as grow into new territories
– Visit existing clients to procure new opportunities and business.
– Liaise with technical support team to complete proposal development.
– Client communication for customized technical solutions, maintenance and troubleshooting.
– Interaction with Vendors for RFQs, customized solutions and competitive negotiations.
– Close sales and meet budgetary targets.
