Job Description:

KIDS DEPARTMENTAL STORE

Qualification:

– At least STPM/Diploma holder
– At least 2 years in retail industry background
– Able to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays

Role:

– Recruiting, training, supervising and appraising staff
– Managing budgets
– Maintaining statistical and financial records
– Dealing with customer queries and complaints
– Overseeing pricing and stock control
– Maximising profitability and meeting sales targets
– Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation
– Overlooking the whole floor staff team
