Job Description
Requirements :
– 6 months experience as Reservations/Guest Services Associate without a break in service recommended.
– Able to multi-task and switch gears quickly.
– Experience in a theme park, the tour or travel industry, a hotel/resort or closely related business is preferred.
– Acquired professional selling skills, with excellent customer service skills, and ability to close the sale.
– Outstanding organizational, verbal and interpersonal communication skills necessary.
– Strong leadership, people management, team building, and project management skills.
– Experience with reservation systems, tracking, monitoring and reporting is preferred.
