QA cum Warehouse Manager
Job Description:
QA Department
– Manage all QA functions in the company to ensure that products & services delivered meet the quality requirements of customers.
– Monitor preliminary production results by location; test and sample product according to company policies. Follow through with conditioning and production locations on items falling out of specification (all nonconforming product).
– Prepare a weekly list of existing or possible out-of-tolerance items for senior management; devise an action plan from this list for follow-up by senior management.
– Work with all outside third-party labs in implementing company procedures for sample submission and data retrieval.
– To attend customer s complaint & customer’s enquiry on technical specification & quality related issues.
Warehouse Dept
– To ensure effective & efficient operations of the warehouse that includes on-time & zero defect deliveries to customers.
– Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures.
– Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts to ensure smooth retrieval & identification of goods
– Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system.
Requirements:
– Degree holder in any Science related field.
– Possess good inter-personal skills, leadership qualities & team work.
– Familiar with QA/QC & Quality & Environmental Management System, ISO 9001/14000 or Total Quality Manage & management of effective warehouse.
– Detail oriented, self motivated to learn & committed to self-improvement & willing to work within tight timelines.
– Able to analyse situation, implement continual improvement & work independently.
– Strong oral & written communication skill in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
– Experience in the related field would be an added advantage.
