Responsibilities:
– To lead the project management team.
– Plan, direct, supervise & control of all commercial, technical and other functions of the projects secured.
– To liaise with the client, sub-contractors & vendors during project execution. Responsible for following up on instructions and commitments associated with the project.
Requirements:
– Degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering with minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Project Management & Building’s M&E services related works.
– Exhibit leadership skills in project management, contract administration & implementation as well as financial management.
– Good knowledge in Construction Contracts and Contract & Risk management.
– Excellent verbal and written communication in Bahasa Malaysia & English.
– Willing to travel outstation regularly.
