Job Requirements:
– Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering/ Building orots equivalent.
– At least 15 years working experience in high end building/ prestigious project / housing projects and construction industries.
– Good knowledge and experience in project planning, construction methodology and authority liaisons.
– Good leadership skill.
– Able to work under tight schedule.
– To attend all project site meeting as well as technical meeting with Client and Consultants.
– Able to coordinate with Contractors, Consultants, Suppliers and liaison with local Authorities, etc.
– To plan materials, manpower, equipment and other resources required for project.
– To be based at site in Kota Bharu, Kelantan.
