Job Description
– Responsible for overall project delivery and quality of project
– Provide leadership to ensure smooth and efficient implementation of projects assigned
– Responsible for managing the project requirements and change requests
– Perform project planning, estimation of effort and develop detailed project plan
– Communicate and manage clients, project team and suppliers
– Manage project risks and issues and work closely with the project team to mitigate project risks and issues resolution
REQUIREMENTS:
– Candidate must possess a Bachelor Degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Physics or Electrical Engineering with minimum CGPA 3.0
– Minimum 5 years of working experience in the IT industry, with minimum 3 years as a Project Leader, Team Leader or Project Manager
– Excellent communication skills, business writing and presentation skills in Japanese, English and Bahasa Melayu.
– Candidate must have complete management skills with program design, development, specific specification, program, debug and evaluation, SIER (regardless of system companies, independent and user).
– Candidate must have experience with information system development at user side, server networking and database knowledge, information data processing
– Candidate must have experience using UML in software development and Tablet connection for 2nd Generation
– Excellent organizational, planning and analytical skills
– Excellent problem solving skills; able to formulate creative solutions to day-to-day problems and make good decisions on the fly
– Candidate must have strong technical knowledge such as Java/Java Script/PHP and C#
– Must be independent, extrovert, dynamic; possess good leadership skills, looking forward to challenges, resourceful and willing to learn.
Able to travel to Japan for management meeting upon the request by the top management.
