Job Description
– Plan and develop construction program (Planning, Implementation, execution and management) for new projects
– Plan, coordinate and control sub-contractor activities on site
– Liaise with clients, consultants, sub-con and relevant authorities on all technical and construction matter relevant to project at hand and attend site meeting
– Attending progress meeting with client, consultant and sub-contractor
– Able to manage, coordinate and liaise with site staff
Requirements:
– Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
– Possess strong leadership quality, resourceful, analytical and organizing skills
– Self motivated and result oriented
– Able to work under pressure in order to meet deadline
– Good command of English (both written and spoken)
– Computer literate in using Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Microsoft Project
– Preferably with 5 years relevant working experience
