Responsibilities:
– To prepare and consolidate the Annual Operating and Capital Expenditure budget for the designated section. To address line improvement in Dispensing Section.
– To manage and control dispensing activities to ensure timely fulfillments of Orders.
– To prepare monthly report and manpower requirement in conjunction with Production Planning.
– To be responsible in the development, training, discipline, working attitude and performance of staff.
– To assist Technical Services, PPIC and NPD Teams in meeting new products introduction/launch and manufacturing process improvement timelines.
– To monitor that all dispensing activities comply with GMP, Environmental & OSHA procedures/requirements.
To perform duty as a Registered Pharmacist :
– Ensure physical quantity of Controlled Medicine tally with records.
– Authorized the movement of finished goods to supplier.
– Certified as Master Principle for Provisionally Registered Pharmacist.
– To undertake any other duties as directed by the Immediate Supervisor and Management as and when required.
Requirements:
– BSc (HONS) Pharmacy
– 2 years experiences in the Pharmaceutical industry.
– Good inter-personal and leadership skill, good planning and organizing skill, good effort and initiative, good communication and analytical skill, good job attitude and discipline.
