Job Description
Requirements:
– Possess a recognized technical degree in Industrial Engineering/ Manufacturing or equivalent.
– Minimum 8 years hands on industrial experience in production/ manufacturing environment.
– Computer literate, a proven team player, result oriented, independent, highly motivated, proactive, resourceful & extrovert.
– Knowledge in API 5CT Q1 and other premium connections.
– Knowledge in HSE requirement standard in the industry.
Responsibilities:
– Responsible for the overall manufacturing operations; areas of production & material planning, inventory & logistics management, maintenance, resources utilization, safety, etc.
– Overseeing & close monitoring of product quality.
– Responsible to continuously raise the standards & efficiency in manufacturing & plant operations.
– Empowered to lead & manage a team of professionals to meet and exceed the Management objectives to achieve operational & financial success.
– Ensure optimum deployment of manpower, machineries, equipment, materials & resources.
– Spearhead continuous improvement pertaining to plant operations, compliance to production, regulatory, safety procedures etc.
– Lead in the formulation of strategies to manage & control all operational systems to secure smooth, efficient, safe & superior plant operations.
– Demonstrate strong leadership & management skills, team building with ability to motivate people.
