Responsibilities:
– Responsible for all order processing, Quotation, PO, customers’ deliveries, to ensure the fluent of delivery operation and timely deliveries.
– Coordinate with internal officer, customers and shipping forwarders
– Effectively managing all customers complaints by resolving the problem with proper follow through on corrective actio
– Manage day to day general office administration including office maintenance, and secretarial duties.
– To maintain a systematic filing system and safe keeping of important documents.
– Other ad hoc functions assigned from time to time
Requirements:
– Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Business Studies/Administration or equivalent
– Preferably with 2-5 years experiences in the logistics management, shipment and administration
– Familiar with the Malaysian custom procedures and shipping documents requirement is added advantage
– Good communication skill in English & Bahasa Malaysia
– Self-motivated, independent and possess initiative
– Meticulous, computer literate and competent in MS Excel, SQL
– Must have good written and verbal communication skills.
– Flexible approach to work, able to multitask and prioritize responsibilities, and able to meet deadlines
Working Hours:-
Monday to Friday 8:30am – 6:00pm lunch breaks any time btw: 12:00pm to 1:00pm or 12:.30pm to 1.30pm)
