Job Description
(Shah Alam – Selangor)
The Job Description:
– To manage a team of sales force within Peninsular Malaysia.
– To achieve allocated sales target.
– To build and maintain professional relationship with customers.
– To plan and execute sales tactical programmes.
– Provide feedback and collect field intelligence that could lead to competitive advantage.
– To perform any other duties that may be assigned by Director of Sales and Distribution.
The Job Requirements:
– Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
– Minimum 3 years sales team management experience in wholesale trade segment (FMCG Industry).
– Excellent judgement and analytical skills.
– Strong team player, results driven and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
