We are an established oil palm mill based in Bintulu, Sarawak. We seek highly motivated, resourceful and suitably qualified individuals to join us for the following position:-

Job Description:
Bintulu, Sarawak
Responsibilities:
* Responsible for overall production and process management in the Plant.
* Maintain good relationship with internal and external customers.
* Plan and organize preventive and corrective maintenance activity.
* Supervise and coach both local staff and foreign workers.
* Oversee the management of health, safety and environment of the Plant.
* Manage RSPO / MSPO / ISCC Certification.
* Oversee and analyse the preparation of daily and monthly Management Reports and Annual Budget.
* Other assignment which may be assigned from time to time, which may include Special Projects.
Requirements:
* Possess at least a Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
* Must possess First Grade Steam Engineer’s Certificate from DOSH.
* Minimum 2 (two) years’ experience in similar capacity.
* Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
* Good communications and report writing skills.
* Able to perform job independently.
* Independent, flexible, team player and work well with all level of staff.
