Full-Time M&E Engineers (Selangor)
Job Description
(RM100,000 – RM130,000 per annum inclusive)
Duties : Including but not limited to:-
– Manages the day-to-day M&E post contractual work packages.
– Attend project site meetings and manages all M&E cost related meetings.
– Implement cost control and preparation of cost reporting
– Variation Order assessment by measuring services layout plans in accordance to as built drawings and provide comparative cost analysis between contract documents and re-measured quantities
– Evaluate contractors’ claims/billings & Preparation of payment and valuation certificates
Qualifications :
– Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent
– Good interpersonal, leadership and results oriented skills
– With at least 4-5 years relevant working experience in construction sector
– Proficient in English & Possess own transport
