Requirements & Responsibilities:-
– To lead sales team grow existing and develop new business channels and chain outlets.
– Must be passionate in developing sales and marketing strategies continuously in order to remain competitive in the market and to motivate the sales team.
– Possess 7-10 years’ related working experience in OTC channel sales.
– Possess good interpersonal skills in managing sales team and customers’ expectations.
– Must be sales and marketing-oriented and customer-focused.
The Company offers an attractive compensation package commensurate with qualifications and experience. The package includes an attractive basic salary, guaranteed bonus, incentive bonus and trips based on KPI, car allowance and petrol allowance, paid car park and medical and hospitalization insurance.
