Job Description
Responsibilities:
– Responsible and accountable for the overall of operations maintenance and engineering department
– Responsible in planning, organizing, implementing, reviewing and monitoring the maintenance operations and work order system
– Ability to liaise with consultants, contractors and authorities
– Ensure the maintenance works are always running smoothly and meet the required standard
– Prepare and control the annual budgets for the department to meet the cost effective level
Requirements:
– Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
– Minimum 5 years of working experience in building maintenance preferably in shopping mall, high rise building
– Strong leadership skills, hands-on and action oriented
