Responsibilities:
– Maintains and enhances the current organization’s scope of Human Resources through planning, implementing and evaluating the employer-employee relationship / engagement and other areas in HR itself i.e policies, programme and practices
Requirements:
– Bachelor Degree in any fields with a minimum 3-5 years exposure as a HR Generalist / Practitioner
– Well versed with the current HR practices / process
– Able to work independently, assertive, proactive, self-driven with strong organizational and analytical skills
