Intermediate Designer
Job Description
(Salary Range : RM4,000 and above)
Responsibilities:
– Create design concepts and translate them into design details and executive
– Plan and propose inspiration interior design ideas/solutions and space planning to meet the client’s needs
– Coordinate design issues among contractors, relevant consultants and sub-contractors
– Monitor design development, submission programs and tender documentation to ensure the delivery of projects on schedule
– Ensure timely delivery services and solutions with professionalism and quality at all times
– Resolve design at all stages of the project
– Assist to establish design standards and specifications for future projects
– Strictly supervise and ensure the work done is in compliance with approved specifications
– Assist the Design Leader to guide/lead the team designers in design coordination and implementation matters
– Oversee assigned projects from conception to completion
Requirement:-
– Degree on Diploma in Interior Design
– Minimum 5 years’ experience in an interior company
– Able to sketch preliminary design plans
– Knowledge of AutoCad, Adobe Photoshop, 3D Studio Max and Autodesk Revit Architecture is an added advantage
– Excellent communication skills
– Passionate, positive and confident
– Creative in designing and able to work independently with minimum supervision
– Creative and up-to-date with current interior design trends
