Human Resource Manager
Job Description
– Oversea the Human Resource functions of Recruitment,Training, Development & Disciplin.
– Handle matters related to foreign workers.
– Handle matters related to Termination, Misconduct, Resignation & Retirement.
– Comply to ISO/TS 16949 requirement as well as legal & statutory requirement. -To carry out any other duties as and when requested.
Requirements:
– Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
– At least 5 year (s) of solid experience in Human Resource with at least a year in manufacturing Industry.
– Comprehensive knowledge of the Labour Law, Employment Acts, Industrial Relation Act and prevailing HR practices & legislation.
– Knowledge on ISO/TS 16949 would be an added advantage.
