Job Description:-
Responsible for full spectrum of Human Resource functions
Co-ordinate recruitment activities, including the writing of job specifications and description.
Implementation of policies and procedures and practices in compliance to legal and market practices.
Maintain employees’ discipline, attending staff grievances and act as communication between Management and employees to maintain good relationships.
Faciltate monthly payrol processing and administration.
Involve in training and development of staff.
Assist in other HR and administrative matters.
Requirements:
Candidate must posses at least Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, or Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources or equivalent.
Good communication skills, written and speak in English, Bahasa and Chinese.
Careful, meticulous and attentive to details.
Self-motivated and able to work independetly.
Able to work well as part of a successful team.
At least 2 years of working experience in HR related field.
Good knowledge in Labour Law, Employment Act, Socso, Epf and statutory requirement are essential.
