We are an automotive manufacturer and listed company on the Main Board of Bursa Malaysia and we are currently expanding our business by opening a new plant in the Northern Region. We would like to invite dynamic, self motivated and results-driven candidates to apply for the above position :
Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
– Develop and drive achievement of plant KPI’s including supply chain excellence, production efficiencies, technical innovation and quality
– Coordinate the development and implementation of SOP
– Inculcate a culture of teamwork, adaptive learning and professional development for all levels of employees
– Manage and control expenditures for equipment, materials, machine and human resources, ensuring they are used efficiently to meet production targets
– Establish and review production schedules for all manufacturing departments to insure established inventory levels are met while operating at the highest efficiency possible
– Develop strategic plan by studying technological and financial opportunities; presenting assumptions; recommending objectives
Requirements:
– Bachelor Degree in Engineering
– At least 15 years working experience in automotive manufacturing industry with 5 years experience in management position
– Extensive knowledge in Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, TPS strategy
