Qualifications:
– Bachelor Degree in Business Management
– Minimum 10 years of leadership experience as a role of
– General Manager in Construction, Developer and
– Investment related industry
– Sound business judgment and acumen
– Possess good communication and leadership skills
Responsibility:
– Overall work on company operation’s long term goal of the company
– To manage the company’s financial sustainability by managing the Finance team
– To manage the projects to be delivered on time
– To manage the budget of the projects to be suited with the target
– Have meeting on regular basis to work on the progress and how to make it better
