– Managing and handling entire food court/ restaurant operations.
– Supervise daily food court/ restaurant operations.
– Maintains sanitation standards and assists servers and hosts on the floor during peak meal periods.
– Handle staff working issues.
– Handle contractor issues such as cleaning contractors, maintenance, technicians.
– To prepare and submit daily sales report collection.
– Stock check for all QFM inventories, prepare and submit weekly stock inventory report.
– Monitor opening and closing hours of food court.
– Responsible for daily cleanliness checklist for all kitchens, and dinning area.
– Ensure compliance of tenants’ health vaccination standards. (Hepatitis B and Typhoid)
– Customer services – Attend to all tenants and customers enquiries and complaints.
– To assist superior in complying with Hazards Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) & Food Safety Standard.
– Responsible for implementation and maintenance and control of assets ie. tables, chairs, cutlery, crockery and dishwasher.
– To prepare and submit tenants monthly billings.
– Source new potential tenants as a standby or replacement for empty stalls or in the event of withdrawal.
– Coordinate publicity activities such as marketing, menu planning, promotion and etc.
– Undertakes any other tasks and assignments as directed by the Management.
THE PERSON
– Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Degree or Professional Certificate in Culinary Arts or Hotel & Restaurant Management or equivalent.
– At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
– Customer responsive and action oriented.
– Must be proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia, other languages are an added advantage.
– Must be able to work on shifts, weekends and Public Holidays.
– Experience in HACCP implementation is an added advantage.
– Candidates should be Malaysian citizens and able to handle non-halal products.
