Job Description
Responsible for the financial management of the Company and its subsidiaries including budget planning and preparation, cash flows projection and monitoring, financial reporting and supervision of the day-to-day activities of the Accounts Department.
REQUIREMENTS:
– Professional qualification or a recognized Degree in Accounting or its equivalent with MIA membership
– Minimum 5 years relevant work experience
– Good working knowledge of Malaysian Stock Exchange (BURSA) reporting and corporate governance is mandatory
– Prior experience working in public listed companies is crucial
– Experience in the preparation of Group Accounts and Consolidated Statement
– Hands-on individual who is comfortable with a lean set-up
– Demonstrate strong leadership skills
