Job Description
Responsibilities:
– Responsible for internal/external audit, taxation, banking relationship
– Internal control and compliance management
– Lead the accounts team in operational & financial matters
– Report and update holding companies on periodical accounting and financial results, as well as corporate governance related Issues
Requirements:
– Relevant Degree in Accountancy or related discipline
– 5 years’ working experience in Big 4 audit firm and oil & gas/construction industries is preferred
– Strong financial and accounting knowledge and good understanding of accounting processes and management
– Meticulous and able to work under pressure and to meet deadlines
– Bilingual in English and Chinese
– Analytical, self-motivated and a good team player
– Able to communicate across all levels within the organization
