Responsibilities:
– Oversee the daily production progress in the plant to ensure all schedules and deliveries are met in accordance to customer requirements
– To be in charge of inventory control and logistic system through the logistic department
– To be in charge of all production process control and improvement through the production engineering department
– To be in charge of all quality controls and assurance functions through the quality department
– To ensure that company objective and policy is strictly adhere to
– To adhere to EMS policy and procedure and actively participate in EMS program
– To involve in hiring, training and cultivating a strong and committed team together with HR department
– To coordinate and cooperate with other departments to ensure that daily operations runs smoothly
– To manage and oversee that the manufacturing cost are well monitored and budgeted
– To continuously participate and initiate improvements for future expansion
Requirements:
– Minimum Diploma in Engineering & 2 years working experience in manufacturing environment
– Self-motivated, aggressive, results oriented, resourceful, dynamic team player, independent and able to work under pressure
– Knowledge in ISO/TS16949, IS014001 is an added advantage
– Good communication interpersonal and excellent skills
– Good in English and Malay language
