With funding from UN AIDS, IPPF ESEAOR is operating a regional Technical Support Facility – Asia Pacific (TSF AP) for HIV/AIDS which provides technical assistance and capacity development for the Asia and Pacific region.

Responsibilities:
The post holder will be is responsible for the smooth and effective Planning and Management Systems to ensure objectives and deliverables of the TSF AP are effectively fulfilled, which includes:
– Overall planning, operationalising and management of the TSF
– Promotion and marketing of TSF services to potential clients and country partners
– Implementing effective systems for assessing and monitoring the quality of technical support services provided
Requirements:
– Advance degree in Social Sciences or a relevant field
– Minimum 10 years experience, preferably with regional or international organisations in the areas of AIDS and/or development
– Experience and understanding of consultancy management and marketing and capacity development
– High level interpersonal and negotiation skills, ability to work in cross cultural settings and able to lead a team
The above position is up to the end of January 2016, and any extension is subject to review and availability of funds.
Salary is negotiable depending on experience and qualifications.
