Qualifications:
– Degree in Quantity Surveying / Building or Construction Management
– Minimum 10 years working experience in Quantity Surveying consultant/contracting properly developers firms
– Excellent skills in negotiations, management, planning and knowledge of related fields of materials
– Able to liaise efficiently and effectively with consultants, sub-contractors and suppliers
Responsibility:
– Participating, as necessary, in developing the solicitation and writing the draft documents
– Monitoring the contractor’s progress and performance to ensure goods and services confirm the contract requirements
– Managing any state properly used in contract performance
