Job Description:
Responsibilities:
– Implement and manage work at construction site.
– Review of design, drawings and technical requirements
– Charting and developing construction activities to improve project performance
– Responsible to keep track on progress billing completion
– Evaluate and recommend solutions to enhance the efficiency of construction supervision.
– Liase and coordinate with contractors, project management consultants, local authorities and other relevant parties.
– Ensure safe working practies adopted on site.
Requirements:-
– To be based in Johor Bharu
– Possess a Degree in Engineering, Construction, Building and Architecture, Structural or related discipline.
– Minimum 5 years of working experience in construction
– Computer literate in Microsoft Office and Auto Cad
– Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
– Possess own transport
