ProSoft Technology is a US based company specializing in the development of communication solutions compatible with the large automation supplier’s controllers such as Rockwell Automation and Schneider Electric. The primary focus is to provide connectivity solutions that link dissimilar automation products. ProSoft Technology also provides industrial serial and Ethernet wireless modules under the brand RadioLinx. With the expansion of the Asia Pacific regional business, our regional HQ located in Malaysia is currently seeking a suitable candidate for the following vacancy:

Job Description
(Selangor – Petaling Jaya)
Responsibilities:
– Responsible for initiating and implementing business growth for products, services and solutions within the region to meet and exceed revenue targets
– Actively take on a sales leadership role, serving as the lead person for product solutions, strategic sales planning, product launches and market analysis
– Identify and develop new Distribution channels while providing excellent support to existing Distributors
– Understand and manage the Industrial Distribution Channels within the South East Asia Region
– Possess strong business acumen, business planning and budgeting skills to lead the business development in the South East Asia region markets
Requirements:
– Degree in Electrical Engineering with minimum 3 years in an Engineering Sales role or a role requiring specific Product/Industry expertise
– Self-motivated, performance driven, resourceful and a team player
– This vacancy can be a full-time position or on a contractual basis
