Assistant Franchise Relationship Manager

Job Description

Job Duties:

– Serve as a liaison between existing and future franchise and corporate.
– Manage the day-to-day relationships with business partners through analysis, communications and reporting.
– Manage the logistics between the Franchisor and our internal support functions department to deliver greater results/ROI.
– Manage the day-to-day relationships with franchisees, including resolving support issues.
– Guide franchise owners through the opening processes, including assisting them with all aspects from site selection opening the center and developing the business.
– Conduct analysis of trends and prepare monthly franchisee management reports.
– Overseas Travel to Support Franchisees through coaching and developing
– Experience and Education

Requirements:

– 3 to 5 years of experience in retails, food and beverage, or management are strongly preferred or other similar industry experience considered.
– Consultative approach to business with a proven track record of success strongly preferred.
– Experience working in Franchising and Business Development with Marketing exposure is an added advantage.

Skill Requirements:

– Demonstrated leadership and management skills, must be self-directed and results oriented.
– Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills; must be able to build relationships over the phone, through email and in person.
– Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced and changing environment.
– Strong attention to details with the ability to work in a team oriented environment.
