Responsibilities:
– To organize and maintain file and record for Administration Department
– Provide general administrative support includes but not limited to: phone & distributing email
– Maintaining business / customers contact database
– Perform administrative task associated with supporting the management
– Handling correspondences offices supplier / equipment / facilities
– Handling any other assignment given at the Management’s discretion
Requirement:
– Candidate must possess at least SPM / STPM / Diploma or equivalent.
– Proficient in MS Office application
– Efficient and good working attitude, able to work under pressure, independently & extra hours when required
– Good verbal and written communication skills and proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia
– Will be based in Bandar Sunway, Petaling Jaya
– Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
