Job Description:

Responsibilities:

– To ensure the daily smooth running of the office administration and also oversee the company’s condo units
– In-charge of office stationeries, fire & security systems, cleaners, liaise with contractors on maintenance in both office & company’s condo units
– Maintain good database of all projects photographs, stock inventories, suppliers lists, Agreements/Insurance expiry dates
– Able to do multi-tasking

Requirements:

– Diploma/Degree in Business Studies or related field
– Minimum 5 years of working experience, preferably in architectural field
– Good computer skills & well versed with all office automations
– Fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia
– Able to start immediately will be an added advantage
