Client Service Assistant Manager/ Sr Executive/ Executive (Logistics & Seafreight)
Job Description
Responsibilities:
– Enjoyment for fulfilling client satisfaction most essential.
– Responsible to fulfill client expectations through client relations management, coordination of supply chain services amongst multiple departments with logistics centre as the core and inventory and data management.
– Client, inter-departmental and vendor relationship building essential.
– Leadership, interpersonal skills and ability to manage, coordinate and improve personnel, processes, assets, inventory, shipments, vendors, internal and external clients essential.
Requirements:
– Proficiency in English essential; other languages added advantage.
– At least intermediate computer skills.
– Knowledge or experience in warehouse operations added advantage.
– At least degree holder or equivalent; LogM or CILT members added advantage.
– Fresh graduates may apply for junior position.
– At least 1-2 years of working experience in related field.
