Job Description
Requirements:
• Degree in Human Resource Development/Business Administration/ Management/Industrial Relations/Law or any related discipline
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in HR, preferably in the area of industrial relations
• Well/versed in Malaysian Employment Laws
• Good leadership, negotiation, communication, problem solving and strategic thinking skills
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Energetic and able to multi task and work as a team
• Able to provide strong support and advice to the Management on all industrial relations matters
• Able to oversee all disciplinary issues which include investigations, domestic inquiries and grievance processes
