Job Description
Based in Temerloh
Responsibilities:-
– Answer all incoming calls, assess customers’ inquiries and quickly decide the actions needed for a complete resolution of response that is customer-satisfying.
– Handle branch administrative task as well as incoming and outgoing mails.
– Fluent in English and Malay.
Requirement:-
– Preferably female.
– Minimum SPM with at least 1 year experience.
– Independent, aggressive and resourceful.
– Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office.
– Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
