Full-Time Sales Manager (Federal Territory/Kuala Lumpur)
Job Description
(Based in Kepong KIP)
Responsibilities:
– To develop and formulated the development of business opportunities and sales plans.
– Prepare, plan and implement sales and marketing strategies, in-line with the direction from principles.
– Secure business opportunities and achieve the KPIs which included sales target, profitability and growth in line with our objectives.
– To manage and lead Sales Team via Operation Supervisor and Team Leaders.
– Ensure all operation processes are adhered and make necessary amendment or enhancement to improve operational efficiency.
– Maintain and build excellent business relationship with Principal and customers.
Requirements :
– Candidate must possess at least of Higher Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
– Preferably Tertiary education with at least 2-3 years in managerial capacity and FMCG industry.
– Able to motivate and lead a sales team towards achieving the company’s goals.
– Incumbent able to identify and conduct training to team member.
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to deal with all levels of people.
– Energetic, self-confident, persuasive and mature with strong initiative to bae a success in the organization.
– Excellent command of English, Bahasa Malaysia and local dialects both in written and oral.
– Knowledgeable in computer application – Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel and other will be an added advantage.
– Possess own transport.
