Job Description

Responsibilities:
– Handle customer enquiries and purchase orders
– Liaise with customer on deliveries schedule
– To coordinate with sales, production department and logistic department
– Issue DO/lnvoice and follow standard operation procedure on daily processes
– Overseeing the department’s day to day activities and ad hoc assignments
– Reporting to Head of Department and General Manager
Requirements:
– SPM/STPM/Diploma is required
– Degree in any faculty is an added advantage
– Minimum 2-3 years working experience in the related field is required
– Self motivated. Independent, aggressive and analytical
– Knowledge in ERP/CRM system will be an added advantage
– Able to Prioritize Multitask and work as a team
– Possess good communications skills and ability to interact with customers and colleagues
– For outstation candidates, housing and transportation is provided
