Job Description:
– Responsible for full spectrum of human resource functions including payroll administration, recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits, training & development, industrial / employee relations, employee engagement and other HR related duties.
– Responsible for the development, formulation and execution of HR policies and procedures.
– Maintain employee discipline and harmony, handle employee / industrial relations issues and also handle Collective Bargaining.
– Responsible for regulatory compliance.
– Work proactively with other departments to ensure effective and efficient delivery of HR services in supporting and providing professional support / advice regarding HR matters.
Requirements:
– Possess a Degree in HR / Business Administration or equivalent.
– Minimum 5 years of related working experience.
– Responsible, mature and possess good leadership and negotiation skills.
– Possess strong communication skills and good people management skills and demonstrate high level of integrity.
– Well-verse in Malaysian labour laws such as Employment Act & Industrial Relations Act.
