Engineering Manager
Responsibilities:
– Leading and set-up a team of Engineers & Technicians for:
– Cost down activities through improving efficiency of the plan
– Coordinate and direct project on new product development to support the company’s growth
– Set-up TPM programme company wide
– Lead the Quality Team to continuously Improve the quality of the products
– Develop and Implement policies, standards and procedures for the engineering and technical work performed in the company.
Requirements:
– Must possess minimum Diploma or Degree in Engineering or equivalent
– Min 5 years managerial experience In Manufacturing environment
– Strong interpersonal and communication skills and good command in English
